This experiential learnership is designed to groom talent into thought leaders and trusted partners. It blends theoretical learning of hard and soft skills with practical experience in a chemical plant. The journey provides exposure to end-to-end processing, plant equipment, processes, and the daily operational realities of the chemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Undergo on-the-job training to gain experience in a chemical industry environment
• Complete projects, studies, and simulations to support the technical operations team
• Rotate between different functions based on team requirements

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) and BTech/Beng/BSc in Chemical Engineering
• Exposure to chemical operations or manufacturing environment will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interact with people and employees at all levels
• Must be able to work under pressure
