Rand Refinery invites applications for its Engineering In Training (EIT) Graduate Programme, a structured 24-month development initiative aimed at transitioning graduates into the professional workforce. This programme provides participants with work readiness training, mentorship, and exposure to our business value chain through professional interaction across functional areas. Graduates will gain practical, hands-on experience in a niche engineering environment while building the skills required to become future value-adding employees

Responsibilities

• Work Readiness Workshop: Tailored training to prepare graduates to excel in the programme and beyond
• Practical Work Exposure: On-the-job experience guided by a structured development plan
• Mentorship: Assignment to a departmental mentor for coaching and professional development
• Regular Feedback: Continuous support and performance reviews to track your growth and progress

Qualifications

• Completed Engineering NQF Level 7 qualification (minimum 75% overall average) in one of the following fields:
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering
• Analytical Chemistry
• Chemical Engineering
• Metallurgical Engineering
