The intern will gain hands-on experience in order management, operational workflows, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and reporting within a dynamic, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely placement of all purchase orders to meet customer demands
• Track customer orders from placement to delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation according to company procedures
• Support team members in operational tasks
• Ensure reporting requirements are adhered to
• Stay up-to-date with company products and services

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Forward-thinking mindset and ability to work well within a team
• Aptitude to communicate effectively with internal and external teams
