Develop IT and technical support skills by assisting with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support. This role provides exposure to IT operations in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff (hardware/software issues)
• Assist in system upgrades and updates
• Support IT helpdesk functions
• Maintain IT equipment and assets inventory

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric essential
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking basics
