Responsibilities

• Participate in MTN’s formal graduate development curriculum
• Job rotations to gain exposure across different functions
• Work under mentorship and coaching, including interaction with senior management/executive levels
• Apply learning through real projects supporting operational, technical, commercial, or transformation initiatives depending on the stream
