Description

This role is responsible for providing customer service to customers in Old Mutual branches. The primary function is to assist customers in navigating the digital customer service platform and to help them submit specified transactions via digital platforms. This position is a 3-month contract and will also assist with managing queues to reduce pressure on Branch staff.

Responsibilities

• Will assist with managing queues and reducing pressure on Branch staff
• Providing reading information
• Self-service

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate or Equivalent NQF 4
