As a Junior Business Analyst with Salesforce experience, you will gain hands-on experience leveraging Salesforce to support business operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and assist in implementing Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include documenting business requirements for Salesforce projects, supporting senior analysts in data analysis, configuring and customizing Salesforce applications, participating in user acceptance testing, providing day-to-day support to Salesforce users, and documenting processes and solution designs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, 1-2 years of experience in a business analyst role with exposure to Salesforce CRM, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a motivated, self-starting attitude. Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required.
