An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic Industrial Engineer to join our team and support supply chain-related projects within the PEP business. This fast-paced, action-oriented role will give you the chance to directly impact our supply chain success. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the supply chain — including Shipping, Distribution Centres (DCs), Transport, and Stores — allowing you to diagnose problems, identify solutions, and execute action plans. The role will have a strong focus on DC operations, systems, and facility infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Business Case Development: Create and present business cases to support supply chain initiatives
• Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate supply chain projects from planning to execution
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities and drive process improvement initiatives
• Process Mapping & Development: Design, optimize, and document supply chain processes
• Systems Support & Training: Provide operational systems support and facilitate user training
• Integration: Develop business processes to enable optimal business and system integration
• Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive supply chain support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
