Description

As part of the IT Division, the IT Graduate will collaborate with the team to provide support in a heterogeneous IT environment. Responsibilities include configuring, imaging, testing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting hardware and software on desktops, laptops, PDAs, mobile devices, and external drives. The role also involves monitoring desktop operations and suggesting solutions while adhering to IT policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Track day-to-day desktop operations to ensure compliance with policies
• Configure, image, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software
• Suggest hardware/software solutions while following department standards
• Establish effective work processes for self and others
• Develop collaborative relationships to achieve team goals

Qualifications

• Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology
• CompTIA A+ & N+ certifications required
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills
