Smith+Nephew is offering a full-time Commercial Graduate internship in Johannesburg, designed for individuals eager to contribute to the strategic and operational functions of the Commercial Division. Reporting to the Pricing Manager, the role involves managing pricing files, resolving customer pricing queries, supporting BBBEE policy maintenance, and assisting the Tenders team with sourcing, preparing, and submitting documentation. This opportunity provides hands-on experience across pricing, compliance, and tender processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure upkeeping of up-to-date Pricing files, manage pricing queries and help minimise pricing errors
• Effective and timeous submission of Tenders, track Tender awards or non-awards, and follow-up all escalations and other price escalations to pre-determined deadlines
• Work with B-BBEE Consultant on a plan for Learnerships
• Ensure all Commercial administrative areas are up to date

Qualifications

• Matric and a Tertiary Diploma or Degree
• Highly Computer Literate
• Strong Excel experience a must
