Smith+Nephew is offering a full-time ENT Sales Graduate internship in Johannesburg, designed for Health Sciences graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in medical sales and surgical support. As part of the ENT Sales Division, you will work closely with experienced professionals to provide technical guidance to ENT surgeons during live procedures, build product and anatomical knowledge, and support customer engagement. This immersive programme includes mentorship and completion of the Medical Sales Representative Learnership Qualification, preparing you for a dynamic career in healthcare sales.

Responsibilities

• Learn and observe surgical procedures progressing to assist in theatre
• Work closely with experienced Sales Representatives to understand the medical sales process
• Build product knowledge surgical technique understanding and anatomical expertise
• Support surgeons and healthcare professionals with technical assistance
• Complete the Medical Sales Representative Learnership Qualification

Qualifications

• Matric Qualification
• Degree within the Faculty of Health Sciences
• Valid Drivers License
• Own Vehicle
• A willingness to learn adapt and take on challenges
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse people
• Confidence resilience and eagerness to develop professionally
