The Building Company is offering a 12-month Graduate Trainee Programme for 2025/2026. Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day operations across different departments
• Supporting projects and contributing to process improvements
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office
• Collaborating with teams to achieve business goals
• Applying academic knowledge to real-world workplace situations
• Learning company policies, systems, and procedures
• Demonstrating professionalism, initiative, and accountability
• Meeting deadlines while working under pressure
• Building strong communication and interpersonal relationships within the organization

Qualifications

• South African Citizen
• Below 35 years of age
• Degree or BTech
• No prior participation in a W&R SETA Internship or any other graduate internship programme
