The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance tracking, payroll, training & development, and HR administrative tasks. This internship provides exposure to key HR functions, offering a strong foundation for building a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Draft and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
• Support onboarding processes and welcome new hires
• Assist with creating internal newsletters and HR updates
• Prepare audit-ready documentation and organize HR files/policies

Qualifications

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR policies
• Strong proficiency in computer applications (especially Excel)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
