Description

The Graduate (Engineering) position at Omnia BME is designed for Industrial Engineering graduates who will support the planning team through administrative and project-based responsibilities, particularly during the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This permanent role offers exposure to demand and supply planning, inventory management, and system implementation across multiple sites. The graduate will play a key role in data management, testing, and monitoring processes, contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly demand planning for Emulsions including analysis and documentation of outcomes
• Conduct monthly supply planning for Emulsions including analysis and documentation of outcomes
• Manage inventory and act as custodian for Losberg and Dryden sites
• Perform master data management for D365 implementation at Omnia BME and support rollout to Fertilizer division
• Participate in user acceptance testing for D365 across Omnia BME and Fertilizer divisions
• Develop and monitor Watch Tower systems for current operations and D365 go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• One year of knowledge and experience in business process mapping
• Good understanding of business process improvement or continuous improvement projects
