Responsibilities

• Assisting the Property Development & Investment (PDI) team with day-to-day tasks
• Supporting project management of housing developments
• Conducting research and analysis on property markets and investment opportunities
• Assisting with tenant support programs and housing portfolio management
• Preparing and updating reports, documents, and presentations

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Property Studies
• Valid driver's license (and own vehicle advantageous)
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
