This immediate-start position supports business operations by developing Power BI dashboards, administering the Syspro ERP system, and providing IT support services. Reporting to the Head of IT and Risk, the role ensures accurate data insights, optimal system performance, and responsive user support across Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable analytics, maintain data integrity, and enhance IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with business users to define reporting needs and KPIs
• Optimise dashboards for performance and usability
• Clean, validate, and manage MRP and operational data
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across ERP and MRP platforms
• Assist in data migration and integration projects
• Work with data governance frameworks to ensure data quality
• Analyse trends and patterns in operational and business data
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for departments
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes
• Assist in configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Syspro ERP
• Support Syspro users and escalate technical issues
• Monitor Syspro performance and implement updates and patches
• Configure user roles and permissions within Syspro
• Participate in Syspro integrations with other applications

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Experience working with MRP/ERP data, preferably Syspro
• Microsoft 365 administration and user support experience
• Basic IT support and troubleshooting experience
• Exposure to Syspro ERP system administration is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Intermediate Power BI skills including DAX and data modelling
• Understanding of data structures, ETL, and reporting best practices
• Basic SQL knowledge and data transformation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
• Familiarity with IT support principles and ticketing processes
• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical users
• Time management and prioritisation skills
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware configuration, and endpoint security
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI strongly preferred
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) or equivalent
