Responsibilities

• Assisting the Finance team with day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable management
• Conducting basic financial analysis and reconciliations
• Preparing and updating financial reports, documents, and presentations
• Supporting compliance and record-keeping for audits and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Finance
• 1-2 years experience in finance department and/or property space (highly advantageous)
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (highly advantageous)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail
