Responsibilities

• Assisting the Vulamathuba team with day-to-day learning and development activities
• Supporting training, tutoring, and mentoring programs for tenants and staff
• Assisting with the planning and facilitation of community development initiatives
• Preparing and updating learning materials, reports, and documentation
• Supporting workshops, educational sessions, and events within the community
• Conducting basic research and evaluations to improve training programs

Qualifications

• A degree in Social Development, Community Development, Social Science, Humanities, Education or Adult Education
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (highly advantageous)
• Tutoring/mentoring experience
• PGCE (highly advantageous)
• Community development/facilitation experience (highly advantageous)
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
