Responsibilities

• Assisting the Finance Asset Management team with property and asset portfolio management
• Supporting financial analysis, reporting, and record-keeping of assets
• Participating in projects related to property valuation, maintenance, and investment
• Contributing to the optimisation of housing and property assets
• General administrative and research tasks within the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Studies, Quantity Surveying, Construction Studies, Economics or Finance (Honours degree preferred)
• Strong quantitative background
• Valid driver's license (and own vehicle advantageous)
