Responsibilities

• Assisting with IT support (hardware, software, user queries)
• Helping manage and maintain systems, networks, and databases
• Supporting cybersecurity and data protection initiatives
• Participating in IT projects and system upgrades
• Maintaining documentation and IT records
• Providing technical assistance to staff

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology (IT)
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (advantageous)
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
