The Graduate in Training program is designed to equip recent graduates with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience necessary to launch their careers. Through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to different business areas, you will develop core competencies while contributing to meaningful projects within ABB’s Process Automation Business Area in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Support operational efficiency by tracking orders, monitoring performance against KPIs, and ensuring timely delivery
• Analyze inquiries and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and work with teams to implement solutions
• Actively learn and practice vocational skills under guidance, seeking feedback to accelerate development
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to stay current on company practices and policies

Qualifications

• BA or BCom in Finance, Accounting, HR, Supply Chain Management, Health & Safety, or Marketing & Communication
