Description

Responsible for the planning, leading, and controlling of the activities of Principle Official and Official Access Controllers to implement and uphold Clean Conditions (CC) according to the Eskom Generator Works Instruction. The role also focuses on ensuring compliance with Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) practices to maintain safe and reliable operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan resources, tools, and equipment required to execute clean condition (CC) control
• Implement CC control procedures in line with Eskom Generator Works Instruction
• Manage customer requirements for CC and FME, ensuring accurate and timely feedback
• Oversee and provide direction for the daily HR-related activities of Principle Official Access Controllers, Roaming Official Access Controllers, and Official Access Controllers
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) requirements
• Support the maintenance of ISO and OHSAS certifications
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen CC and FME practices
• Participate in internal and external audits to maintain and improve audit ratings

Qualifications

• National Diploma / BTech / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
