Eskom is offering an exciting opportunity for suitably qualified graduates to join the Graduates in Training (GIT) programme in the Safety Department. The programme provides structured institutional and on-the-job training to equip graduates with practical skills and professional exposure in the field of Safety Management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and development programmes within the Safety Department
• Gain exposure to Eskom’s safety management practices, standards, and procedures
• Assist in monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and Eskom policies
• Support safety officers and teams in the identification and mitigation of workplace risks
• Contribute to safety awareness campaigns and reporting processes
• Provide input into the development and implementation of safety initiatives
• Perform any other duties as assigned within the scope of training and development

Qualifications

• Fully completed B Degree in Safety Management or Environmental Science
