Description

The Graduate in Training (GIT) programme at Eskom offers recent graduates an opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in various business areas including Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Environmental Management, Human Resources, Graphic Design, and Computer Science. Based in the Eastern Cape, this 24-month internship aims to develop young professionals by equipping them with essential workplace skills and exposure to Eskom’s operations. Ideal candidates are responsible, team-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn in a structured, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in structured training and development programmes as assigned by the department
• Assist departmental teams with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Apply theoretical knowledge in practical work environments across functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Business Enablement, or IT
• Contribute to team projects and support business improvement initiatives
• Complete all assigned tasks and learning objectives within specified deadlines
