The individual should have completed an IT training course for 6 months to 1 year and have basic knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, and networking. They will be responsible for basic PC support, printer support, new PC and laptop installations, managing the helpdesk phone, general IT admin, and user administration. Technical requirements include solid experience on Windows 7/10/11, MS Office/365 packages, network patching, network device support, and technology products/phones. Basic experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL query writing is also required.
