The Sales Intern at Government Printing Works (GPW) will support the sales and business operations teams in managing and improving sales processes. The role involves assisting with customer relations, sales coordination, and reporting, as well as contributing to projects aimed at enhancing service delivery. Interns will gain practical experience in sales operations, client communication, and government service management, while developing professional skills under structured mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating sales operations within GPW
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to improve service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient sales processes
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Gain practical experience and develop professional skills under mentorship

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Basic understanding of sales processes, business operations, or customer service
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a professional government environment
• No prior work experience is required; suitable for recent graduates or final-year students
