The E‑Gazette DTP Intern will support GPW’s digital publishing team by assisting in the design, layout, and production of electronic government publications. The role includes creating visually appealing e-documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with formatting standards, and collaborating with the communications team to deliver professional outputs. Interns gain hands-on experience in desktop publishing, digital content creation, and government communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the layout and design of the e-Gazette and other electronic publications
• Ensure all publications adhere to GPW branding and formatting standards
• Collaborate with the communications team to finalize and publish digital content
• Support the proofreading, editing, and formatting of electronic documents
• Gain hands-on experience in desktop publishing and digital content production
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of e-publication processes

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing (DTP), or a related field
• Proficiency in desktop publishing software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in layouts and formatting
• Good organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Suitable for recent graduates or final-year students
