The Elevate Graduate Internship Programme is a two-year structured initiative aimed at empowering recent graduates with hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse business environments. Interns will rotate across relevant departments, applying their academic knowledge to real-world challenges while contributing to strategic and operational projects. The programme spans multiple disciplines—from technology and engineering to finance, law, and humanities—offering a dynamic platform for growth, innovation, and professional development. Interns will engage in cross-functional collaboration, receive continuous feedback, and participate in workshops and training sessions designed to build both technical and soft skills. Responsibilities

• Support projects and daily operations within the assigned business unit
• Apply academic knowledge to solve real-world business and technical challenges
• Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and new business ideas
• Engage in mentorship, feedback sessions, and progress reviews throughout the programme

Qualifications

• Must have completed a minimum of a degree (NQF Level 7) at a SAQA-recognised tertiary institution in South Africa
• Graduated within the last 2 years or completing studies by December 2025
• Academic average of 60% or above
• No prior full-time work experience in the field
• Relevant certification in the chosen field of study will be an advantage
• Must be a South African citizen
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel
• Ability to work shifts or overtime
