The Junior Analyst role within Discovery Health’s Management Intelligence Team offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to data-driven insights that enhance clinical and operational outcomes. Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining monthly production of Data and Reporting needs
• Interact directly with clients, gathering information and implementing any change requests to their current reports
• Work with assigned dashboards and checklists, reviewing to ensure all requirements have been captured
• Collect data, analyse trends, summarise, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
• Build tables, graphs, and presentations using approved tools
• Perform ad-hoc support to clients and internal teams
• Create and maintain all production documentation

Qualifications

• Completed a post-secondary diploma or degree in Coding, Business Analysis, Mathematics, or Statistics
• 1–2 years of work experience in data analysis
• Strong interest and understanding of data management and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including macros, v-lookups, and pivot tables, and in PowerPoint
• Experience with development tools such as Python, VBA, and SQL is considered an asset
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and other dashboard tools is advantageous
