BMW Group is inviting enthusiastic and talented graduates to apply for the 2026 Graduate Programme at BMW Financial Services. The programme offers graduates hands-on work experience with an internationally renowned premium brand, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and personal development. Graduates will gain exposure to cross-functional teams, practical training in their field, technical and leadership skills, continuous mentoring, and coaching. This programme is aimed at graduates who will complete their studies by the end of 2025 or have completed their studies within the past 18 months and are currently unemployed.

Qualifications

• A university degree or higher with an average pass mark of 65% in the following career streams: B Com, BCom Finance, BCom Internal Auditing, BCom Accounting , BCom Investments , and Computer Science/Information Systems/IT degree
