BMW Group South Africa invites enthusiastic and talented graduates to apply for the 2026 Graduate Programme at the BMW Plant or Vehicle Distribution Centre in Rosslyn, Pretoria. The programme provides hands-on work experience, technical and leadership skills training, mentoring, and exposure to cross-functional collaboration. It is aimed at graduates completing their studies by the end of 2024 or within the past 18 months who are currently unemployed. Candidates will gain practical experience and have the opportunity to contribute ideas in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• A university degree or higher with an average pass mark of 65% in the following career streams: Business Administration, BComm/BComm Honours Finance Accounting, Communications/Media Relations, Economics/Finance, Electrical Engineering, and Human Resources
