IMasFinance, an authorised financial services provider, invites applications for a 12-month Debt Recovery Learnership aimed at individuals seeking practical experience with an NQF Level 4 qualification. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to key debt recovery functions including collections, legal handovers, portfolio management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Secure payment commitments from members in arrears
• Manage correspondence and queries related to collections
• Record member information and collection activities accurately
• Assist with repossessions and legal handover processes
• Liaise with valuators, tracers, sheriffs, and lien holders

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and/or Accounting
• Must be unemployed and not enrolled in any formal studies
• Open to previously disadvantaged youth
• Must be available to start in November 2025
