Geeks4Learning offers IT learnerships aimed at developing entry-level talent in the IT sector through a mix of practical and theoretical training, aligned with industry standards. The program includes training in software development, testing, and system support, along with soft skills development to enhance workplace readiness. Targeted at individuals aged 18 to 30, successful candidates will have completed Grade 12 with specified academic criteria and not be engaged in formal education or employment. The recruitment process involves application, assessments, interviews, and a bootcamp. Disabled individuals are encouraged to apply, promoting equal opportunities in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist artisans on breakdowns
• Be able to do small breakdowns and installations on his/her own
• Disassemble and assemble equipment for cleaning
• Be able to do preventative maintenance schedules
• Filling in of Job cards

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with minimum of 50% in Maths, English, Maths Literacy Second Additional Language
• National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
