Sales Assistant position available at Old Khaki, Cape Union Mart International, in Roodepoort, Gauteng. The role involves exceeding customer expectations, adhering to stock loss controls, maximizing sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and processing transactions. Candidates must establish professional customer relationships and handle queries effectively. Requirements include a Matric or equivalent and up to 6 months of retail experience, with a clear credit and criminal record. Retail experience and computer proficiency are advantageous. The position requires working retail hours and is open to South African citizens.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques
• Adhere to stock loss controls in store
• Ensure individual targets are met consistently
• Ability to maximise and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover
• Maintain housekeeping, uphold our visual merchandising standards to optimise sales
