Eskom is offering opportunities for 13 dynamic and motivated graduates to join its CentralEast Cluster in the KwaZulu-Natal Region. The Graduate in Training programme provides a structured 24-month period of professional development aimed at preparing graduates for roles within the energy and utilities sector.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month structured graduate training programme across various functions in the CentralEast Cluster (KwaZulu-Natal)
• Apply theoretical knowledge from your degree to practical work tasks and projects within your assigned department
• Collaborate with team members, contribute to departmental goals, and maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and ethics
• Continuously develop skills and competencies, including communication, problem-solving, and project management, to prepare for future career opportunities within Eskom

Qualifications

• Degree & Field: B Degree in Transport, Logistics, Business Management/Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Public Administration, Marketing, IT/Information Management, Finance, Economics, Law, Environmental or Natural Sciences, Property/Real Estate, Building, Commerce, Town & Regional Planning, Geomatics, Survey, or related fields
• Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and maintain a positive attitude
• Professional Traits: Responsible, committed, safety-conscious, self-disciplined, and emotionally resilient
• Adaptability & Commitment: Willingness to learn, take on challenges, and complete a structured 24-month graduate training programme
