Eskom is offering a Graduate in Training (GIT) – Programme Management opportunity for three graduates to join its Office of the GE in Sunninghill, Gauteng. This internship programme (Task Grade L7) provides institutionalised and on-the-job training, allowing graduates to apply their academic knowledge in practical projects while developing leadership, project management, and professional skills. Candidates will gain exposure to Eskom’s policies, procedures, and operational practices, preparing them for future roles within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in institutionalised and on-the-job training within Eskom’s Programme Management department
• Apply academic knowledge to practical projects and support departmental objectives
• Develop professional, technical, and interpersonal skills to prepare for future career opportunities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders while maintaining integrity, professionalism, and customer focus

Qualifications

• Fully completed degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Risk Management, Project Management, or Supply Chain Management
• Must be a South African citizen
• No prior work experience required – suitable for recent graduates
