Description

Eskom is seeking two graduates for its Legal Department under the Graduate in Training (GIT) programme. This internship provides both institutionalised and on-the-job training, allowing graduates to gain practical legal experience while developing professional skills. The programme emphasizes integrity, professionalism, customer focus, and teamwork, preparing graduates for future roles within Eskom’s legal and corporate environment. Candidates will also gain exposure to Eskom policies, procedures, and operational practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in institutionalised and on-the-job legal training
• Apply academic legal knowledge to practical tasks and projects within the Legal Department
• Develop professional, technical, and interpersonal skills to support Eskom’s operations
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders while maintaining integrity, professionalism, and customer focus

Qualifications

• Fully completed LLB degree
• Must be a South African citizen
• No prior work experience required – suitable for recent graduates
