The Graduate in Training (SHEQs) position in the Electricity, Energy & Water Supply industry requires a L07 position to provide support services to line management regarding safety risk requirements in a business unit. The role requires leadership, teamwork, integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, professionalism, knowledge, computer literacy, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of safety, health and environmental (SHE) risk control strategies and processes
• Provide professional occupational safety, health and environmental advisory service to management and employees
• Develop and implement risk profiles
• Ensure business unit compliance to legislation and governance requirements
• Advise on training requirements
• Ensure awareness regarding the safe use and dangers of electricity

Qualifications

• Bsc Environmental Sciences
