Toyota Financial Services South Africa is inviting all suitable candidates, to apply for its Learnership Programme offering for the 2026 financial year.The primary goal of this programme is to create a developmental pipeline for key positions within the business. This One-year Learnership Programme provides a focused and rewarding learning and working experience where participants will grow and develop the much-needed skills for our industry. The development will include both personal and professional growth, preparing participants for the working world.

Responsibilities

• Attend all training sessions provided as part of the learnership
• Actively participate in workshops and classroom sessions to acquire technical and industry knowledge
• Complete assignments, assessments, and exams on time to meet qualification requirements
• Apply theoretical knowledge in practical workplace scenarios

Qualifications

• You must be a South African Citizen in possession of a valid SA ID
• Candidates must have completed Grade 12, and hold any of the following qualifications:
• BCom Economics
• Bachelor’s in mathematics
• Advance Diploma in Accounting
• BCom in Accounting
• Diploma/Degree Mathematics and Statistics
• Diploma/Degree in Quantitative analysis
