The IT Intern will provide first-line technical support across the campus, ensuring that all computer laboratories, lecture venues, and ICT resources operate efficiently. This role is ideal for a recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and technical maintenance within a professional learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for computers and lecture venue equipment
• Conduct daily operational checks on copiers, printers, projectors, and motorised screens
• Assist users with technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and photocopiers
• Install and configure hardware and peripheral devices
• Install and update software applications for end users (e

Qualifications

• Higher Certificate / Occupational Certificate (NQF Level 5) or equivalent
