The initiative aims to develop future industry professionals by equipping participants with technical, managerial, and analytical skills relevant to the logistics and rail transport sectors. Each candidate’s progress will be reviewed every six months to ensure the programme continues to meet both Transnet’s operational objectives and the participant’s personal development goals.
