Shelfpackers at PnP are responsible for maintaining stock on the shop floor according to laid-down standards. This includes stocking, rotating, and displaying products to optimize sales and ensure excellent customer service. Employees also maintain hygiene, safe working standards, and a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves following standard procedures
• Ensure products are properly displayed, rotated, and within expiry dates
• Maintain store condition, visual merchandising, and hygiene standards
• Check pricing and labeling accuracy
• Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages
• Maintain cold chain and check temperatures if applicable
• Operate and clean equipment according to standards
