Description

The Young Professional-in-Training programme at Transnet Rail Infrastructure (TRIM) is a two-year graduate development initiative aimed at unemployed South African graduates aged 18–35. The programme provides a blend of institutional learning and on-the-job training across various functional areas within TRIM.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the two-year structured graduate development programme within TRIM
  • Gain exposure to various departments and depots, particularly in HR and people management functions
  • Assist with administrative and HR-related tasks, including recruitment support, employee wellness, and training coordination
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and HR data management initiatives

Qualifications

  • B Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Industrial Psychology
  • Minimum NQF Level 6 or higher
  • Must be an unemployed South African citizen aged 18–35 years
  • No prior work experience required
