Description

The City of Tshwane is creating a student database to appoint candidates for fixed-term contracts for work-integrated learning, experiential learning, or internships. The program aims to address the shortage of people with disabilities and provide unemployed qualified students with the necessary practical work experience to fulfil their graduation requirements.

Responsibilities

• To undergo work-integrated or experiential learning in their specific field of study
• Be eager to learn, work in a team, and utilize good communication skills

Qualifications

• Must be a permanent resident within the City of Tshwane
• Must require practical work experience of 12, 18, or 24 months as prescribed by the academic institution
• Qualified candidates with no work exposure are encouraged to apply
• Must have completed a tertiary qualification such as:
• Final-year university students needing work-integrated learning
• N6 certificate
• Three-year diploma / National diploma
• Bachelor’s degree
