Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analysing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in all areas of the operation. Included but not limited to receiving, warehousing and line supply operations of the material handling activities

Responsibilities

• Execute Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) using Lean, 5S, TOC, etc
• Analyse material flow, layouts, and KPIs to drive performance
• Develop business cases for improvement initiatives (ROI, cost savings, productivity)
• Support site and business unit engineering teams on process improvement
• Prepare AutoCAD layouts, flow charts, and project documentation
• Conduct training and coaching sessions for operational staff on Lean methods
• Present findings and solutions to management and clients

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering BEng / Advanced Diploma
