As a Test Automation Engineer in the Digital Factory Platform team, you will be responsible for developing quality engineering, test automation strategy, roadmap, KPIs, standards, and practices for the platform and agile product teams. You will also assess product team requirements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency. You will mentor and collaborate with product Scrum teams, lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks, create training sessions, provide hands-on assistance with automated deployment strategies, and create and deliver reusable CI/CD test pipeline templates. You will report to the AXA XL Digital Factory – DevSecOps Platform Lead.
