Risingsun Softsol is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead with a strong background in Java development and banking systems integration. The successful candidate will lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of large-scale solutions within a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Proven expertise in Java, Spring (MVC, Boot, Hibernate, JPA), and integration technologies such as IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and Volante
• Strong background in solution architecture, with hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects in banking or fintech environments
• Solid understanding of system integration, security, infrastructure design, and troubleshooting complex enterprise systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering; certifications like TOGAF, ITIL, or IT Architect (ITAC) are an advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional technical teams

Qualifications

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade banking solutions
• Provide solution architecture expertise and oversee project execution from concept to deployment
• Work with Core Java, Spring (MVC, Boot, Hibernate, JPA), REST/SOAP services, and IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
• Ensure smooth system integration, performance, and scalability across platforms
• Collaborate with teams using tools like Service Manager and XL Release
