As a Test Analyst at BankservAfrica, you will report to the Team Lead Testing and be responsible for test planning and execution of software products within the BankservAfrica system. You will supervise software testers to complete testing deliverables on time, adhering to the test method standards. Key attributes include attention to detail, logical thinking, proficiency in document and report writing, and teamwork. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, including system development and infrastructure divisions, project office, business division, product owners, and CRM team, and external software suppliers like PASA and SARB. Key responsibilities include determining testing scope, creating test plans, developing detailed scenarios, assisting in testing new application systems, applying advanced testing techniques, overseeing test case execution, and ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide testing policies and strategies.
