The Hesto Harnesses Graduate in Training Programme is a structured 24-month development initiative aimed at providing graduates with hands-on experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals. The Graduate in Training – Information Technology will rotate within the IT Department, gaining exposure to various areas such as system administration, network management, user support, database maintenance, and IT process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Information Technology Department in day-to-day operations and projects
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Participate in system upgrades, configuration, and maintenance tasks
• Contribute to data management, security, and system backup procedures
• Assist in documentation and reporting of IT systems, processes, and improvements
• Work closely with team members to identify and implement process efficiencies
• Undergo regular performance reviews and participate in structured training sessions
• Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the IT Department and training programme

Qualifications

• BCom Computer Science (Essential)
• BCom Information Systems (Essential)
• Other relevant BDegrees in IT or related fields
