Responsibilities

• Developing and executing automated and manual testing for assigned projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products and services on time, on budget, and to specification
• Leveraging AI to optimize test case generation, coverage, and maintenance
• Interacting with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to plan testing for product delivery and enhancements, ensuring products meet requirements and quality standards
• Maintaining flexibility to react quickly to changes in priorities or circumstances to meet business needs
• Reporting issues and results, research and identify root causes, and document accordingly
• Researching available tools and participate in initiatives to implement those that will enhance testing capabilities and product quality
• Conducting project reviews, define review criteria, and implement procedures for ensuring quality control of project deliverables
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and automation to continuously improve testing strategies and frameworks

Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years of QA Test Engineering experience
• Have BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Be proficient in these technologies: C# and Selenium Have solid understanding of QA methodologies and process improvement
• Be able to develop and execute automated and manual testing
• Have research skills and ability to identify and implement continuous improvement practices
